We built WholesaleBookkeeping on a simple idea: accounting firms should be able to offer great monthly bookkeeping without hiring a bookkeeping team, and without ever worrying that their provider will go around them.
Lenders like ROC Capital and United Wholesale Mortgage proved the wholesale model works. They never compete with the brokers who bring them business. We do the same thing for bookkeeping. You own the client. We do the work behind your name.
Our client protection promise
To every firm we work with:
- 1.We will never contact your clients as WholesaleBookkeeping. Every message they receive comes from an email address on your domain.
- 2.We will never market to your clients, solicit them, or accept them as direct clients. Not while you're a partner, and not after.
- 3.If one of your clients ever reaches out to us directly, we send them back to you.
- 4.If you ever leave us, your clients stay yours. We hand everything back cleanly and remove our access.
- 5.Every report we produce is branded as yours.
