How our white label bookkeeping partnership works
Four steps to start. Then we handle the books every month while you keep the client relationship.
1. Discovery call
We start with a 30-minute call to understand your firm, your clients, and how you work today. Ask us anything. There's no pressure and no obligation.
2. Sign the partner agreement
We send a straightforward partner agreement, including our written client protection promise. Once it's signed, create an email address for us on your firm's domain (for example, bookkeeping@yourfirm.com) and share it with us. That's it. You're officially a partner.
3. Send a client file for pricing
Invite that email address into your client's QuickBooks Online or Xero file. We review the books and reply within 24 hours with the plan the business falls into, plus a flat, fixed price for any cleanup the books need. Accept the price, and we begin.
4. We do the books, under your name
We work in your client's books every day, categorizing transactions as they come in. Each month:
- On the 1st, we send you a list of any uncategorized transactions to review.
- Anything you can't answer, we ask your client directly, from your domain.
- We reconcile every bank and credit card account.
- We send the monthly reports to you first for review.
- Once you approve, we send them to your client from your domain, under your brand.
Reports are delivered by the 5th of each month at the latest.
Ongoing support without the wait
You get a dedicated representative in a shared Slack channel. Your team, or your in-house bookkeeping lead, can reach ours directly. No hold times. No long email chains.
Behind on the books? We clean them up first.
If a client's books are behind or messy, we quote the cleanup as one flat, fixed price. Never hourly. You can add your own markup on top.
Month-to-month. No lock-in.
Pricing is per client, per month. You can add or remove clients any time. We earn your business every month.
